About This Market
A community-led farmers market serving the South Memphis community. Includes a seasonal farmers market, a year-round greengrocer, and an educational kitchen.
Since opening in 2010, the South Memphis Farmers Market has grown by leaps and bounds, becoming the destination in South Memphis for fresh produce during the growing season and throughout the year. Our seasonal farmers market features produce from local farmers and handmade items from other local producers on Thursdays between the months of June and September each year. The Market is also home to The Grocer, a year-round neighborhood grocery store that carries everything you need to prepare delicious, healthful meals at home. Directly connected to The Grocer is a fully equipped kitchen where free, nutritional cooking classes are offered throughout the year.
