About This Market

The Prairie Township Farmer’s Market offers the community an opportunity to purchase locally grown produce, cottage food, and handcrafted products directly from farmers and artisans.

The Mission of the Prairie Township Farmer’s Market is to offer the community an opportunity to purchase locally grown produce directly from farmers in addition to cottage food and hand crafted products.

The Farmer’s Market is held on Monday afternoons from 4 - 7 pm rain or shine. June 24-August 19.

The Farmer's Market will be held in the Community Center parking lot except for the following dates:

July 15, August 5 and August 19: Westland High School
146 Galloway Road
July 22: Prairie Township Sports Complex (Children's Activities), 1503 Galloway Road

It’s easy to use your Ohio Direction Card to buy fresh, healthy food at the Prairie Township Farmer’s Market.

Visit the information tent at the market to swipe your EBT card. We will give you tokens to purchase eligible items at the market. The Produce Perks program will double every SNAP dollar up to $25 to purchase fruits & vegetables.
Produce vendors will now be able to accept WIC FMNP coupons at the market. Coupons are only valid for locally grown fruits and vegetables.
