Downtown Market promotes community & kindness through fundraising & events, connecting live music, artisans, education, food, and fundraisers.
Downtown Market started in 2020 with the vision and drive to connect live music, artisans, education, food, and fundraisers - we desire to bring creative solutions to our communities. We are working to find ways to support and bring humanity closer together with kindness, while adapting to the times. Now more than ever, businesses, artists, musicians, and communities need us to work together lifting each other up while celebrating and sustaining the communities we love! Please join us in embracing the power of community, connectivity, and small-town unity.
Community fundraising is a core element of Downtown Market's mission. One way we do that is by partnering with community based organizations to host art contests between events. Participants are given a theme to inspire their art, which is then judged by the Downtown Market Crew. The winning entry is printed on archival-quality paper and sold to the public as posters at Downtown Market events. Thirty percent of proceeds are donated to the partnering organization or a cause of their choice.
