Purple Porch Food Co-op is a community-owned business that works to sustain the local economy. They feature food and drink from nearly 100 local and regional producers. The co-op strives towards diversity amongst shoppers, staff, and vendors, including race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, and socioeconomic status. They maintain relationships with local farmers and producers who adhere to sustainable and transparent practices and aim to be the premier provider of locally-sourced food and as leaders in food education, food justice, and environmental stewardship.
Interesting Facts
The Purple Porch Food Co-op gladly accepts EBT/SNAP benefit cards for eligible items and Domer Dollars. They also have a Park-N-Pick Up curbside service available 7 days a week. They have a weekly farmers market on Wednesdays 5-7pm
