The Dorset Farmers’ Market was founded in 2003 outside the Dorset Theater. The support of the community inspired the few beginning vendors and invigorated the atmosphere with a life that has lasted through today. Year after year, the support of our neighbors has allowed us to grow to new locations, products, and generations as we’ve transformed into the destination we are today. We are a year-round, producer-only market! This means the folks who you see behind the stands all summer and winter are the ones creating the products being sold. No outside manufacturers or intermediates involved! Because of this, you can ask any and all questions about how the products you buy got to the market and into your hands. We value vendor/customer relationships and offer pre-ordering/pickups! We take pride in our commitment to supplying our customers with high-quality products that are produced locally.
